During the Bengals/Chargers Week 13 matchup at San Diego (Qualcomm Stadium), Cincinnati native and diehard Bengals’ fan Nick Lachey decided to sit in the stands and enjoy a nice Sunday NFL game.

As the game continued to move on, singing artist Nick Lachey apparently was being taunted by a few Chargers’ fans and didn’t appreciate the constant “trash-talking” happening around him.

Before the game ended, Nick Lachey left the stadium and many people thought the singer was kicked out of the game. Above is a quick video of what occurred at the time.

According to Nick’s Twitter account, the singer was apparently never ejected out of the game, it was a complete misunderstanding.

  1. Jeremy Wiebe says:

Nick Lachey should be booted out of life for making horrible music over the years. What a douchebag.

  2. Lachey, boy band crooner, still has a career of sorts? I thought tappin’ Jessica Simpson’s a#s brought him all the infamy he wanted? He upgraded to Vanessa Minnillo, so I guess he does now have something going for him, tappin’ the a#s of one of Jeter’s left-overs. How quaint! LOL,LOL,LOL!!!

No matter how you cut it, Derek Jeter always wins! Nick Lachey better start paying for Press Box tickets, his days of sitting in the stands are now numbered.

  3. J-Dub says:

The Chargers have fans? Who knew?

  4. I forget who Nick Lachey is. Was he in one of the boy bands? I’m kinda glad I don’t know the answer to that. Or was he the dude that was banging Jessica Simpson for a while? Not that that narrows it down at all.

Either way, Chargers fans have a lot to be pissed off about. Hey, at least there are still people in the stands, right?

    • CDR says:

Surprisingly enough, we know the answer to your questions. Yes, Nick Lachey was part of a boy band named “98 Degrees.” Nick is also the same dude that was living with Jessica Simpson so you are 2 out of 2 my friend. Embarrassing that we know that, but glad we can help. hehe

  5. Seems Nick’s temperature was well above “98 Degrees” during this game. Who knew anyone in that stadium even cared enough to get into a fight? God knows the Chargers don’t.

It’s another disappointing season for Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers. At 4-8, the team is pretty much done this year. It goes to show you what type of fans the Chargers have in San Diego. They never give up on their team, which should always be the case.
