The NFL Pro Bowl might not be the most exciting All-Star game and there’s definitely many negatives, but in this instance, let’s concentrate on one of the few positives.
Today, Nike unveiled the 2013 NFL Pro Bowl uniforms, the exact jerseys that both the American (AFC) and the National League (NFC) players will be wearing this coming Sunday night in Hawaii.
With the Super Bowl being played the following week, now is the time to begin looking into “props” or any bets for that matter. If you’re interested, check out the NFL, NHL, and NBA betting lines (click here for more information) at Topbet.
Anyway, according to Nikeblog.com, the Pro Bowl uniforms were made with the vision of mixing a retro design in combination with modern style.
“Technologically though, the gear is anything but old-fashioned, as the new kits are of the Nike NFL Elite 51 uniform system, with Flywire collars reducing weight and locking-down fit, four-way stretch fabric for full range-of-motion, and lightweight padding added to the baselayer, offering extra protection in the “hit zones.”
If this year’s Pro Bowl ends up being a bust, the good news is that we were able to see these uniforms in action and have at least one thing worth mentioning after the game is all set and done.
