Texans J.J. Watt Jumps Over A Five-Foot Box (Video)

For those people who believe that defensive ends aren’t as athletic, guess again. Houston Texans J.J. Watt shows off his freakish ability by jumping over a 59.5-inch box.

The 6’5, 290-pound lineman isn’t just quick off the ball, it’s clear why Watt exploded onto the scene in his second NFL season posting a total of 21.5 sacks.

J.J. Watt is a monster and opponents better be weary of the comment he mentioned at the end of the video, “Watch out!

  1. That’s insane.

I think my vertical is one-tenth that.

  2. Watt can somehow find a way to jump over a 5` foot box, but the Texans simply cannot find a way to go real deep into the postseason. People seem to also forget that it was not Matt Schaub who led the team to their very first playoff appearance. I wonder why that is?

    tophatal ………….

Can’t disagree with you Alan. The Texans for the past few years were expected to go deep into the playoffs, but never manage to get anywhere close. The team keeps this up and they’ll start to have a reputation for being regular season winners that never do anything in the postseason.
