We guarantee that after you see this GIF, you’d swear LeBron James taught him how to fall like that.

Last night, the San Antonio Spurs hosted the New York Knicks at AT&T Center. In the third quarter, Spurs guard Manu Ginobili had stolen a pass thrown by Knicks Beno Udrih intended for J.R. Smith.

In the process of getting back on defense and stopping the fast break, as J.R. Smith backpedalled to stop the ball, he embarrassingly trips on his own two feet.

The Ginobili ‘behind-the-back’ pass to Danny Green was definitely the trigger. Don’t worry J.R., it happens to the best of us.

On the bright side, the New York Knicks actually shocked everyone by beating the San Antonio Spurs with the score of 105-101.

  1. That’s gotta constitute one of the Knicks top highlights of the season.
